Payment Plan
You are purchasing a 12 month education program through a delivery mechanism of your choice. Payments will be taken monthly from your nominated credit or debit card from the date of initial purchase until the 12 month period is complete. Each month you will have a new unit through your chosen delivery mechanism and you will have 60 days to view that particular unit should you have chosen the video streaming option. You will also receive a detailed workbook to download.
The Program
The Programs consist of a series of twelve units of approximately two hours in length each. The exact length of each program, the content, will be determined by The Wealth Angels in its sole discretion. If you choose the on line streaming delivery option you should not subscribe unless have the necessary computer equipment, software programs and internet access necessary to access the Programs.
You will be notified by email when a new unit is available, upon acknowledgement and by following the instructions given will be directed to a website with the information necessary to listen to or download Programs. The Wealth Angels is not responsible for any delay in receiving information concerning the Programs, including any email filtering program that may divert, delay or erase any message provided by them. The Wealth Angels are also not responsible for any inability to access the Internet that might impact or prevent your ability to access the Programs.
All rights to Programs, including the content and technology included therein, are reserved to The Wealth Angels. The units that have been purchased by you are for personal, non commercial use only. You may play the files them on any system, watch on DVD of CD Rom for personal, non commercial purposes, provided that, unless permission to do so is expressly stated:
(a) you do not edit, alter, modify or delete any of the Programs;
(b) you do not redistribute the Programs; and/or
(c) streaming video files made available for viewing are not to be re-produced, edited, re- transmitted, or in any way repurposed.
The Wealth Angels will make the program available to you upon completion of your application, your access rights will be cancelled if your credit card payment instructions are rejected for any reason.
The Programs are protected by UK and international copyright laws and treaties. As between the parties, title, ownership rights, intellectual property rights and all other rights in and to the Programs, any and all Wealth Angels logos and trademarks, and any copies or portions thereof, shall remain the ownership of The Wealth Angels.

The termination must be made in writing or by electronic notice and The Wealth Angels must receive your termination on or prior to the sixtieth (60th) day after you purchase the Program. Because The Wealth Angels must receive your termination notice on or prior to the sixtieth (60th) day after your purchase, you should request confirmation of receipt or otherwise ensure that The Wealth Angels did receive your request.
Upon request, we provide site visitors with access to contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number) that we maintain about them. Consumers can access this information by calling us at the above telephone number. Upon request, we offer visitors the ability to have inaccuracies corrected in contact information.
With respect to security: We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.
These terms and conditions govern your use of any of the Wealth Angels Material provided by The Wealth Angels to which you subscribe to. As used in this terms and conditions “you,” “your” and similar references means the subscriber to the material. If you do not agree to any of the terms of The Wealth Angels terms and conditions you should not subscribe to any of the programs.
The Wealth Angels may modify any of the terms and conditions listed in this agreement at any time and inform the customer by posting the change on its website and providing each customer notification by email. Your continued use after this time will constitute binding acceptance of the change.
